vImerchant includes a user-friendly integrated interface even a novice can use. Design and maintain your complete online store including images, products, shopping cart, product count and descriptions, etc.

User access levels

Depending on each employee's job function, you may assign different levels of access for each vImerchant user. You may also restrict each user by the hours of each day that access is necessary.

Customer Database

Each customer placing an order must create a Login ID and password. vImerchant will retain the customer's information including billing information and shipping information. vImerchant will store this information for your reference in a customer database. You may also add, edit, and delete customers manually.

Inventory Control

vImerchant will track available inventory for sale. You may set inventory control to remove display of a product when inventory count runs low.

Vendor Database

In conjunction with inventory control, keep a database of each vendor providing your store products. Vendor contact information is kept on file for easy reference and retrieval.

Reporting

Track customer orders utilizing the reporting feature on vImerchant. Reports can be generated by credit card information or other order information allowing you to create customized reports for your various business needs.
